Liang Lawrence-backseat

Fans of beebadoobee and Clairo will love Liang Lawrence’s new single, backseat. The third track off her new EP, the track is reflective and calm, with the rich, Tame Impala esque bass line and soft synth pads being real highlights musically. Liang’s lyrics are evocative and emotional, touching on growing up and looking back at her youth with a renewed sense of foresight in a matter that is mature and insightful. We highly recommend checking this track out as well as her new EP for more astute songwriting with a soothing folk pop sound.

Corin Diaz-Aisle

Those looking for more of an experimental dream pop vibe will love Corin Diaz’s new single, Aisle. Inspired by the low-key, nocturnal indie of the decade prior, Corin’s gorgeous, multi layered vocals glide against the chilling guitar leads and fuzzy synth pads. Fans of Mitski will love the off kilter production and bittersweet lyrics.

Tanaya Harper-Cleo

Our final track comes to us from Tanaya Harper, with her new track Cleo. The multi WAMI-Award winner, best known for her work with the band Bells Rapids, has stepped into the forefront as a solo artist. Leading up to her debut album “They Have Become Me”, Tanaya sings about still longing for someone she used to love, seeing them in her dreams. Fans of the 1975 will love the jangly, atmospheric guitars and heartbreaking lyrics.
