Teenage Priest – Let It Pass

We got drawn into the sonic superiority of Let it Pass, the new single from Teenage Priest. The rare electro cosmic palette is immersive and intriguing. The stuttering bass drum brings a semblance of alternative R&B. The chill vocal offers charming contrast, dripping patient melodies elegantly.

An intoxicating mix of psych pop and chill hop, it recalls recent works by Biig Piig with the cosmic reverence of Tame Impala. Teenage Priest is the solo music project of Orange County based artist Taylor Van Ginkel. After dripping out singles and an EP over the last three years, the artist goes all in with a new 9 song release. Let it Pass is the title track. The album is a sonic masterpiece, and builds on his already emerging buzz status.
