Fans of indie bands with a little R&B flair like Parcels and Jungle will love this new single by The Winters! “She (feat. Karalyne Winegarner)” is smooth. It’s opened by a hooky lead guitar melody and anchored by a gentle percussive arrangement. These instruments set the stage for a warm and jazzy vocal performance, and how about that horn section? We’re putting this one on repeat.

With temperatures dropping and winter right around the corner, this lowcats cover of “Summer Breeze” is here to keep us warm. The lofi take on the Seals & Crofts classic is pure modernization. If the original evokes summers of the 70s, this evokes those of the 21st century with its humidity, grain, and electronic flair. Bedroom pop fans and vintage soft-rock buffs alike, rejoice.

Remedies has a new album out and “Something in my head” is one of our favorite songs on it! This indie rock track is characterized by tense instrumentals in the style of a band like Radiohead and sleek vocals reminiscent of an artist like Billie Eilish.

Its introspective lyrics and lush string accents make it a fitting theme for a modern James Bond film.
