That recurring melody is also so pleasantly reminiscent of “Tom’s Diner.” We love it, and we think fans of artists like Animal Collective will too.

SunYears has a new album out and “The Body” is one of our favorite songs on it. This indie rock tune immediately hooks us with its sharp guitar melodies and steady rhythm. The restrained verses make the in-your-face choruses pop and the resulting song feels physical and well-balanced. SunYears is an ongoing project by Peter Bjorn and John frontman Peter Morén, so, naturally, fans of his previous work should be into this. We also think fans of The Kills will like it because Nicole Atkins‘s talents give this song that contentious duet vibe.
