This new single from CERULEAN SAPPHIRE called june, dream, really impressed us. This dark, dreamy tune is incredibly mesmerizing and catchy. It achieves this aesthetic using a mixture of synthesized sounds and acoustic guitar. Also to mention, the vocals are enchantingly sweet, which in mix with ambient sound effects, you feel well in tune with the music.
This track is great for those who love Cocteau Twins but also enjoy a calm dancing vibe like The Marias. Behind the instrumental, the drums lay a perfect bed for the groove to move, supported by a layer of additional percussion. With an EP on the way, this track has us excited for more songs from this artist.

Next, another song that caught our attention is the song Blue in the Face from The Fears. The amalgamation of electronic synth sounds is created with an experimental perspective, expressing the emotions of the song in a unique way. The song starts of calmer, but moves to a double-time sort of bridge that climaxes the song, truly engaging you in the instrumental.
We appreciate how even though the lyrics of this song are minimal, they still make a strong statement. It’s sounds are reminiscent of artists like Glass Animals and CHVRCHES, which fans of those will admire. Based in Ohio, this single is the first of theirs to be released this year, making it a special one to check out. We look forward to future music from this band.
