Checkout Offender, the new single and video from MIIL. The interpretive dance and stylistic camera effects blend elegantly with their expressive experimental dance pop. Stylistically we hear evidence of Charlotte Day Wilson mixed with Christine and the Queens.
Exit Party hit all the color cues in the video for their single Sun Lux. We were immediate to draw influences to the works of Wes Anderson, and particular his film The Life Aquatic. That film draws inspiration from the life of the explorer Cousteau. The Sun Lux video nails the aesthetic and to an extent adds some continuation to this narrative. If this was a teaser for the sequel we’d be hype.
