indie underrated

THE IRREPRESSIBLES land obscure with their new single Destination.  If you dig the abstract and the different, then you need to dig in.  Catchy progressive swings give this work a cinematic feel.  THE IRREPRESSIBLES are a hit for fans of M83, Christine and the Queens, and Perfume Genuis.  

Phantom Sugar is full of feeling on their new single NEVER ALONE.  A raw candid vocal delivery makes this moment feel real.  We love authenticity, especially when it’s presented in a chill indie rock package.  We think it’s a hit for fans of depressing indie rock. Think that’s a slight? Umm we love depressing indie rock. Don’t you?

Our last track has more of an aggressive, alt-rock feel coming from Koshari with their new single Fly. Fans of Japanese Breakfast and Mitski will enjoy the punk, slightly new wave influence in this track, as Koshari sings about a partner that doesn’t seem to appreciate her, but she’s still drawn to. Her vocals have a sense of angst to them that really bring out the pain in the relationship for a truly compelling performance. It’s only available on YouTube and Bandcamp, watch the video!
