Dono Dono-Wide Eyed

Dono Dono, a favorite of ours at indie underrated, has really outdone himself with his new single, Wide Eyed. The synth wave iconoclast’s effortless tenor glides against a woozy beat featuring multi-layered percussion, echoed textures and soft synth brass. Near the second half of the song, the track opens up to a creative synth jam featuring trippy synth leads and deep, rumbling bass.

Charlot-Reverie

Fans of Billie Eilish will love Charlot’s new single, Reverie. The Dutch singer, who’s currently on tour throughout the Netherlands, lets her angelic vocals shine on this banger of a track. Dark synth pads and piano chords open up to breakbeats, whirring synth arpeggios and Charlot’s soaring high notes that make the song feel as if it’s the opening to a movie. Truly a gorgeous track that will surely have you on your feet.

Culture Wave & Debora Cipriani-Say You Want Me Baby

Our last track comes from Italian synth pop act Culture Wave, Say You Want Me Baby. Featuring Debora Cipriani on vocals, the track is an 80s throwback that holds right up with the best of the decade. Debora’s vocals recall those of Madonna, while the lyrics and overall instrumentation feel very in line with the work of Human League, Depeche Mode and Gary Numan.
