Fans of FKA twigs will love Givlia’s new single. The Italian dark pop songstress’ new single has a strong groove and gorgeous melody that transcends language. Her vocals are carefree and perfectly match the brooding synth pop instrumental. The production is multi faceted with bright, droning synths and growling bass juxtaposed with , for a production style reminiscent of the producer Mike Dean’s solo work as well as the recent music of The Weeknd.

Mo Troper-You Always Loved Me

The next track we’ll be covering is a gorgeous throwback jam for fans of 60s and 70s pop rock. Mo Troper’s new track, a single from his newest album Svengali, demonstrates the vision of the overall project, to create a unique nostalgic blend of rock n roll from years past. The vocal harmonies are a true highlight of the track, with a sound that most obviously recalls The Beach Boys and Queen, with an almost honky tonk piano sound that brings to mind Todd Rundgren. All in all, a very fun summertime ballad perfect for a late night bonfire.
