Blue Work puts in the Hard Work.  The concept of their new single, its self evident that it takes incredible attention and passion to make this kind of imaginative electronic synth pop.

The London duo is a master class in contrast, with both members shining expressively.  The intense experimental production will offer them underground credo, while the intoxicating female vocal gives them commercial appeal.

Influences of post punk and experimental electro converge like an abstract musical collage.  You can hear stylistic traces that cite an influence of Talking Heads or LCD Soundsystem infiltrating an inspiration of Animal Collective with some of the serene electro groove aesthetic known to Sylvan Esso.

To say the band is hard to pin down is an understatement. It’s a testament to their originality. The duo appropriately embrace the duality of abstract and dance pop, committing to an unconventional arrangement where the meaning is bred into the feeling that it gives you.  That feeling for us is a rush to dance chaotically in contempt of the oppressions known to governed societies.  How does it make you feel?
