Philly might be the current indie hotspot, boasting several notable breakthroughs including Mitski, Japanese Breakfast, and the War On Drugs. It’s no wonder we were thrilled by the new single from Philly buzz worthy band Pink Blush.
Their new single Glass is a dynamic blend of shoegaze and indie pop. It’s crazy catchy and collectively smart in the kind of way indie fans demand. Hang on for the chorus and take a Ride. See what we did there? Shoegaze fans will love it, but we do think it has major crossover appeal in the vein of Wolf Alice.

Emma Bosworth embraces an exotic folk pop reverence on her imaginative new single Spooko. The songs vibe is abstract within a harmonious construct, one that offers the contrast of intrigue and easy listening. Emma offers a delectable hook to tie it all together. “Take me to the other side.”
The sentiment thrusts you into a dream state much like the rare appeal of her composition. We hear elements familiar to Jose Gonzalez and Fleet Foxes. Thats a great realm to reside in. We love it.

There’s a seductive haunting to Trinity, the new single from Amie Hayes. Her voice offered elegant contrasts to her dark indie rock aesthetic. In that way it connects with acts like WarPaint. We also hear the inspiration of one of her self prescribed influences, PJ Harvey.
Trinity is catchy without ever straying from what makes it genuine. It’s a testament to the songs effective vocal performance. Where she goes from here, we can’t wait to hear.
