Like these aforementioned icons Blue evolves epic, culminating in a passionate ascent to Smith’s vocal performance. The video accentuates the complicated moody nature, one that toils between multiple worldly prisons. Temptation, chemical respite, and a tattered past. In its final moments you can’t help but feel some compassion for the man. It’s glorious dark twisted entertainment, challenging your perception if it’s pleasure or pain.
